Adam M. Dugan, Operations Manager
Adam was born on Bainbridge Island in Washington State. While in high school he spent his summer's working in residential construction as a labor/carpenter. After completing high school Adam worked in the restaurant business where he stayed until he was 24. He then joined his families’ construction business in the Pacific Northwest. Adam worked on tenant improvements, retail stores and restaurants. At the age of 30 Adam got tired of the wet weather in Washington State so he decided to venture to Southern California. He worked in general maintenance and construction for hotels and apartment complexes for the next 8 years always in a lead or supervisor position. He grew in this industry but felt he needed more of a challenge so he accepted a job as a Construction Superintendent building retail tenant improvement stores throughout Southern California. It was not long before he moved up to ground up construction of grocery stores. Adam joined JCI in 2009 as Operations Manager. His duties with JCI include; reviewing work orders, scheduling, dispatching the crews and overseeing the management of field operations and production. Adam prepares job proposals, attends meetings and does on-site inspection of job sites to insure high quality control. Adam performs interviews and reviews employee performance, tracks employee attendance and performance. Adam works closely with property managers, city inspectors and homeowners. Adam works closely with Jamey on the day to day operation of JCI, Complete Detail & Maintenance and SafePark.
Susan Wildermuth, Office Manager,
Susan joined JCI after working for Bank of America for 18 years. During those 18 years she performed 11 years as a Customer Service Manager and her background includes Financial Service Manager, Money Manager, Loan Specialist and Customer Service Specialist. Susan has been with JCI for over 10 years and is in charge of all our customer service issues. This involves taking service requests and creating written work orders for field use to generating accurate and complete invoices for our clients. Susan also is involved in scheduling appointments and working with our many suppliers.
